It is necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items. By creating your own Soukwagon account, you can enjoy a personalized procurement experience, including customized market list, your order summary & get all your bills on your email. You will also be able to rate/review products and sellers, track your buys and get analytic reports on your buying.
Can I use my account to shop for multiple outlets on Soukwagon.com?
One Soukwagon account is linked to one outlet only. In case you have more than one outlet we suggest you make individual accounts for every outlet. The benefit in doing this is that you can get individual reports on purchasing for each outlet and your analytics dashboard will give you precise insights about the business in the individual outlet.
Are there any hidden charges (Octroi, VAT or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Soukwagon.com?
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Soukwagon.com. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is what you pay for the product you are buying.
Delivery charges, convenience fee or other charges may apply depending on your location, order value and seller chosen by you. These charges are never hidden and in case they apply, it will be intimated to you at the checkout page.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India. Once you have added your products on your cart you can proceed to checkout page and pay through the payment gateway.
We accept payments made using Visa & MasterCard credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online password.

You can view your buying reports on My Reports tab. The reports are linked to your buying and gives you analysis on your buying.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered, sellers confirmation on the quantity for individual items and the expected delivery time.
Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale.
Why do I see different prices for the same product?
A product could be listed under different prices. There could be different sellers offering you the same product but at a different price. That is the nature of the Soukwagon marketplace, where different sellers compete for your order.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section. In the My Account page, click on the My Orders link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline mentioned?
It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between your order date and the estimated delivery date based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
How does the delivery process work?
All deliveries are scheduled through the respective sellers. You will be informed when the seller initiates your order delivery. During checkout you will be prompted to provide your Delivery location & pin code in order to ensure that the seller deliver to you at the right address.

Can I return part of my order?
Buyer can part return quantity or items in case they are not as per quality expectation. The balance quantity or items are billed accordingly as per buyer’s acceptance.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2 working days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
When are Cancellation & refunds not possible?
Once products are received and accepted by you, order is closed & thereafter returns are not possible.
