You can choose to cancel an order anytime on the same day up until 6PM on the day of the order. However, post that the orders are processed by the sellers & order cancellation is not possible.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is not accepted by the seller for any reason. Soukwagon will make best efforts to provide you with options of alternative available sellers who will be able to service your order.
Soukwagon also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason such as limitations on quantities available for selling, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information or any problems identified by us.
Once products are delivered and accepted by you thereafter cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Refunds
As a buyer, you have the right to not accept a product at the time of delivery if the product is not of good quality or if it is the wrong product. In such an event, Soukwagon will process a reimbursement for the value of the products returned by you wherever applicable.
For refunds (partial or full) claimed by you at the time of returning the products, you can find a return tab on the corresponding order ID in the My account section. You can access your order here and submit a return request by selecting the appropiate option from the choices available.
Please note that we accept returns or refund request only at the time of delivery. You are requested to ensure your satisfaction with the products at the time of delivery. Post delivery we will try to assist you in getting a product replaced and only if the seller obliges. Products requested for replacements must be returned by you in full to the seller. Soukwagon is not responsible in any manner to ensure replacement of products post delivery completion.
If the payment has been made through Net-banking, Debit card or Credit Card; Refund will be initiated within 2 working days, however it may take around 7-10 bank working days to get credited into your account from the date of initiation for the refund process. Working days are excluding Saturday, Sunday, National holidays and Bank holidays.
You could also choose to transfer the refund amount as Credit Points to your Soukwagon account so that you will be able to use the points in your next purchase. We will need up to 12 working hours to add the Credit Points into your account. You can view this in the My accounts section of your Soukwagon account.
